Our Chef’s Table offers you the opportunity to experience and enjoy the beauty of the ingredients without having to lift a finger.
Having been a chef for over 15 years Dans career has taken him on a journey through the industry, from 5 star resort hotels, private villas in the French alps, beach side restaurants in Greece, numerous Michelin star restaurants including 2 Michelin star restaurant Le Gavroche.
2009 saw Dan reach the final of BBC's MasterChef the professionals, where he finished runner-up. In 2011 he reached the final of the Compass/Restaurant Associates chef of the year once again finishing as runner up. More recently in 2017 having fought off competition from some of the countries best chefs Dan made it to the semi-finals of the National Chef of the Year.
Relax and let Dan entertain you at the Chefs Table in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the Malton Cookery School.
7.30pm Meet at the Malton Cookery School for champagne & canapés before taking your seat at the Chefs Table where dinner is prepared and served.
£65 per person
Additional wine can be purchased on the evening.
Accommodation is available at the Talbot Hotel just 2 minutes from the Malton Cookery School.
